Do you offer free worldwide shipping?

We offer FREE standard worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times differ for all countries. For Australia, shipping times are 2 - 6 business days, for New Zealand 8 - 12 business days, for U.S.A, Canada and the United Kingdom 7 to 10 business days. For rest of the world, please refer to the SHIPPING tab under INFORMATION tab. 

 

Do you offer express shipping?

You can opt for express shipping by paying a $15 fee at checkout. Express delivery time for Australia is 1 - 3 business days. For New Zealand 4 - 8 business days, for U.S.A, Canada and the United Kingdom 3 to 7 business days. For rest of the world, please refer to the SHIPPING tab under INFORMATION tab. 

 

When will my order arrive?

Our warehouse will begin to process orders starting from the next business day after the order is submitted. Please allow 2 - 3 business days to start delivery. Please note that our delivery time frames are only estimates, and may vary in the event of external factors such as; Holidays, Courier’s performance during peak seasons, or a Country’s restrictions. 

 

How can I track my order?

We provide tracking information for all orders. You will receive an email update once an order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with the tracking details within two business days.

 

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

Kalon Watches cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee for customs.

 

My order has not arrived, what can I do?

Due to many factors orders can be late on rare occasions. Please allow an extra few business days from expected delivery time and if your order still has not arrived, please contact us for further assistance.  

 

Is my watch water resistant?

Our watches are 5 ATM water resistant. This means our watches can withstand pressure equivalent to a depth of 50 meters. Splashes of water, rain or snow on the watch would be ok. Although highly not recommended, the watch can withstand briefly being submerged in water.


Is my watch scratch resistant?

We use hardened mineral glass with sapphire coating for our watches which is extremely strong in terms of structure and offers excellent resistance to scratches.


What happens if my watch arrives damaged?

First and foremost, we are sorry for the inconvenience. We take pride in making sure we send out the most high quality products when it leaves our shipping depot but on the very rare occasion, a watch can get damaged during transit. If this is the case for you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your watch via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help with the issue.


I received the wrong product. What should I do?

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. If in a rare event you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your watch via email and we will get back to you as soon as possible to help with the issue.


How do I enter a discount code?

Once you are at the checkout page, you can enter your discount code and you will be able to see the total with the discount applied. Only one discount code per order can be applied.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, within 14 days of receiving the order, customers can return products to us and get a full refund. The products customers’ wish to return must be in perfect condition with all the original packaging and components. Customers will have the full amount refunded once the watch arrives back to us in good condition. Customer must pay for shipping.


How do I adjust my watch band with links?

If your watch band has links that need to be adjusted, we advise taking it to a reputable jeweller or a watch store to ensure that the adjustment is made correctly and without causing damage to the watch. We recommend not adjusting the watch links yourself as certain tools might be needed to complete the process correctly.

 

What does my 12 month warranty cover?

Our watches come with a 12 month warranty starting from the date you receive the watch. We cover any issues with the movement of the watch and any manufacturing defects.   

We do NOT cover normal wear and tear, tampering, fading, discoloration, chemical exposure, scratches, broken glass, water damage. 

We do NOT cover any loss or damage done to watches during transit.

If your watch qualifies for repair under warranty, the shipping fee must be paid by the customer.
